I coach women who unselfishly had to pause or give up on their dreams because let’s face it, LIFE HAPPENS!

Many women have to give up their dreams or do not have the opportunity to dream because they become the support system that stands behind and in some cases unselfishly propel their husbands and children into their greatness while putting their lives on hold. Women were contacting me because they felt like they were dying on the inside and there was no opportunity for them to pursue what they wanted and in some cases all they wanted was to breath.
